Alan Edwards is the Managing Partner of Carpenter Box, after training and qualifying with the firm. As the firm’s business leader, Alan works closely with the Board and staff, supporting their delivery of services to meet clients’ needs and implementing the firm’s strategic objectives.
Alan specialises in owner-managed businesses, providing strategic business support and the full range of accountancy, tax, and management services. He is passionate about delivering a high-quality, tailored service to his clients and developing long-term business relationships.

Matt joined Victor Boorman & Co in 1997 and spent 10 years with the firm working mainly with clients in the specialised areas of Media and Entertainment. Matt is an associate of the Chartered Certified Accountants. Having supported one of the TV Production clients Ricochet through a takeover by AIM listed Shed Media Group in 2007 Matt left to become Finance Director at Ricochet and then Shed Media Group, assisting Shed in their takeover by Warner Bros. in 2014. Following roles as CFO of the family office of a local based multi-millionaire entrepreneur and then at a London based tech start-up, Matt returned to Victor Boorman & Co in 2018. Since his return Matt has built up a portfolio of both company and freelance clients from a variety of sectors ranging from Media and Entertainment, TV Production, Recruitment, Retail, Property Management and Construction Industry.
