Stuart joined the practice in 1985 and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Stuart is a general practice partner dealing with all accounting and taxation matters for individuals and family businesses.

He also assists businesses to move over to cloud based accounting software such as Xero and manages the IT requirement and resources of the firm.

He is also an audit partner therefore qualified to undertake Audits, Solicitors Accountants Reports and grant certification.

Matt joined Victor Boorman & Co in 1997 and spent 10 years with the firm working mainly with clients in the specialised areas of Media and Entertainment. Matt is an associate of the Chartered Certified Accountants. Having supported one of the TV Production clients Ricochet through a takeover by AIM listed Shed Media Group in 2007 Matt left to become Finance Director at Ricochet and then Shed Media Group, assisting Shed in their takeover by Warner Bros. in 2014. Following roles as CFO of the family office of a local based multi-millionaire entrepreneur and then at a London based tech start-up, Matt returned to Victor Boorman & Co in 2018. Since his return Matt has built up a portfolio of both company and freelance clients from a variety of sectors ranging from Media and Entertainment, TV Production, Recruitment, Retail, Property Management and Construction Industry.
