On line Book-Keeping

Many of our clients find it advantageous for us to prepare annual or management accounts on a regular basis. There are two methods commonly used:

• Firstly clients can enter their transactions on line via the web and these details can be accessed by the client as well by us. The client does not have to buy software or have to worry about backing up their computerized accounting transactions

• Secondly clients can send us details via the Web of their accounting records held on word, excel or accounting packages such as Sage or MYOB. We will then process these details and send clients back accounting summaries such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cashflow movements and graphical summaries

We have also designed our own simple spreadsheets for clients to use which does not require any knowledge of accounting nor the purchase of accounting software. This is ideal for the busy client who hasn’t much time for record keeping. We are able if required to give advice on how to use the most common software packages.
