The firm was founded in 1978 by Victor Boorman, a partner who semi-retired to Brighton from a multi-office firm based around London and the home counties. He was so successful that the firm expanded and further partners and staff were recruited. The firm currently operates from Hove in Sussex and has three partners and 15 staff and is still within easy reach of London.

Every client is assigned to the personal care of one of our partners, who oversees and co-ordinates all aspects of our involvement with them. As well as understanding our clients’ businesses it is equally important to us to understand them as people. This enables us to quickly build a confident and appropriate service relationship. Our policy of always being accessible to our clients means you should always find us available when you need us – whether that be for phone calls, meetings, reviewing business papers, or a quick discussion over breakfast or lunch. We encourage our clients to regularly discuss their businesses with us so that we are better placed to identify opportunities and risks. We don’t always wait to hear from you, as we always have your wider business interests at heart and when we come across something we think may be of interest – we will discuss it with you.
